- Lease/deed; mortgage or rent receipts
- Organizational chart (if large company, then managerial/divisional structure; smaller companies - include structure by individuals); include number employees, names of divisions; include how U.S. company fits into overall structure
- Copies of advertisements
- *Sample invoices or contract (5-10, including trade in goods or services, preferably orders transacted with various countries; average or largest orders)
- Trade references
- Articles, promotional materials about the company, its products, services or key people
- Recent company tax return or financial statement
- Copies of awards, memberships or special achievements by the company or key personnel

- Branch qualification to do business in U.S. or state
- Applicable business permits/licenses/registration

- Organizational chart (if large company, the managerial/divisional structure; smaller companies - include structure by individuals); include number employees, names of divisions; include how other U.S. companies fit into overall structure\

- Latest financial statement or federal tax return
- Latest Form ED941 (Employee Wages)
- Latest changes affecting corporate structure
Documents RE: Relevant Position and Employee(s) being Transferred
- **Employee's job description abroad for the last year.
- **Employee's proposed job description and salary in U.S.
- Employee's resume
- Copies of employee's academic degrees and transcripts
- Copies of all articles written by or about employee relevant to position abroad or in U.S.
- ** Including number people and types of positions to be supervised. Include any unique qualifications or job duties vital to the company's success.
Documents RE: Candidate
- Candidates Degree Certificate and full set of transcripts
- Candidates Copy of Last Approval (if any)
- Candidates Copy of I-94 (if any)
- Candidates experience or recommendation letters
